It is less of a stretch than it sounds. Effective marketing and well-designed learning share common traits. Content should be clear, concise, and relevant, and the design eye-catching and engaging.
Whilst completing a post-graduate degree in adult education, I started my freelance business.

This is a free, 30-minute consultation for new clients to discuss requirements and for you to see if I am the right fit to work together on your project.

Learning Design
Using the process of analysing, designing, developing and implementing, I can work with you to produce an eLearning or Blended Learning course to suit your learners and your brand. Using a combination of Rise360, Adobe Creative Suite and your preferred LMS, together we can create something that will have maximum impact on your learners.

Learning Consultancy
In this session, I can provide various services, including; general learning design and development advice, assisting with a problem you’re having in an authoring tool or reviewing and providing feedback on your learning content.
This session is flexible. You let me know the help you need, and I will do my very best to help or find a solution for your problem.

DiSC Profiling
No two people are ever the same. Understanding your own and your teammate’s needs and fears is critical to effective workplace relationships. The DiSC model provides a common language that you can use to understand yourself better and adapt your behaviour with others.
I can provide you with a DiSC Assessment and debrief workshop that is fun and interactive, guaranteed to help you understand yourself and others better.
